Constant Group Ltd is proud to sponsor Manchester Devils Sparks, a grassroots junior football team playing as part of Manchester Devils JFC in Greater Manchester.
The partnership backs a local squad and the volunteers who keep junior football running at the weekend — from training sessions through to league fixtures across the region. The Constant Group name now appears on the Sparks' match kit.
Manchester Devils Sparks sit within Manchester Devils JFC, a grassroots club that fields teams under the Manchester Devils, Manchester Little Devils and Manchester Diddy Devils names. Squads often take devil, hell and mischievous names alongside the club identity, including Fire, Ignite and Sparks, and the club runs sides for both boys and girls.
Junior teams from the club compete in local leagues including the Manchester Grassroots Sunday Football League, the Manchester Youth Super League and the East Manchester Junior Football League.
A club built around young players
Manchester Devils JFC is a grassroots football club set up in 2017 by Anthony Twist. In 2021 the club expanded to include Manchester Diddy Devils (pre-school) and Manchester Little Devils junior teams (primary school), with the aim of giving younger players a pathway into the game alongside the Manchester Devils JFC teams (secondary school).
That junior structure now covers a range of age groups, with named squads competing locally and travelling for fixtures and tournaments. It is the kind of club that depends on coaches, parents and committee members giving up their time so children in Greater Manchester have a team to belong to.
The club has also used its shirts to support causes beyond the pitch. In 2025 Manchester Devils FC worked with The GEM Appeal, with the charity's logo appearing on kits to help raise awareness. This coming year's focus is bringing awareness to mental health causes Mind and You Alright Chief, plus another well-known local charity, Dr Kershaw's Hospice.
Backing the community we work in
Constant Group has been part of Greater Manchester’s manufacturing community since 1970. The family-owned business employs around 100 people at its Oldham headquarters, and sponsoring Manchester Devils Sparks is a way of putting something back into the same communities the company draws its people from.
